One more year, and already it is the second one, of a great initiative that returns to monopolize the sports attention not only in the areas locally and provincial, but nationally and even internationally, because it is not necessary to forget that it is a question of an international event of Sport in the Beach for deaf and persons.

After the success that supposed the first edition in the year 2.006, the organizers return to the hard work, with renewed spirits, to support the challenge of overcoming with the same spirit of illusion, for the celebration of the Tilt II International of Beach sports for Deaf and dumb people, that surely year a year will be excelling itself.

Rota and the Town hall at that I preside, in your zeal to be covering all the demands of the citizens and civil, does not hesitate to support initiatives of this type, furthermore(moreover) if it(he,she) fits, when it is a question of adapted sport, in pursuit of that Torn(Broken) is a People(Village) Without Barriers, in the whole extent of the expression.

On the other hand, always we will be next to the sport and of the sportsmen, in a continuous search of obtaining that Torn(Broken) it is a modal to all the levels, which Torn(Broken) it is a city to live and opened all the year round.

It is for the Municipal Foundation for the Youth, the Culture and the Sport an enormous satisfaction to be able to collaborate with the Association of Deaf of the province of Cadiz in the celebration of the Second Championship of Deaf in the Beach. That will take place in the Villa of Rattan from August 14 to August 17 of 2.008.

The Most excellent Town hall of Rota across your Municipal Foundation, with the intention and zeal to contribute to the integration of the minorities, as well as to your  interconnection with the citizenship in general; it puts at the disposal of the young men who visit your facilities and accesses to the beaches. Knowing of the importance of knowing new cultures, of going deeply and penetrating into the human relations, as well as in the ways and manners of doing it with an international language  ,like it  is that of signs. The village of Rota offers to our visitors the possibility of enjoying an environment that facilitates the practice of the sport in the beach with multitude of activities. In addition it puts to your disposition of the average participants to enjoy your leisure and free time.

He wanted to emphasize also that the organizational effort meets relieved by the purpose to which it is destined and the social repercussion that we know will have in all those who in this moment coincide with us with the beach. The desire of this Municipal Foundation is to facilitate the stay of the young participants, who enjoy our tourist environment and environmental way, and that are a door opened for the concord and the understanding persons and diverse cultures; that not antagonistic.

Hello friends!

Already there is here the Tilt II International of Beach sports for Deaf Young men of Rattan (Cadiz), after the success of the first one it has a continuity bianual. We claim that thanks to the sport, this Tilt turns into a point of meeting for all the deaf persons who want to represent, so much sportsmen(sportswomen) or not, and to exchange experiences and to do new friendship. Also the friends, relatives and persons been interested in the deaf community are welcome.

This year is assured the participation of deaf persons of several countries.

All this in the only and wonderful frame as, like Rota, one of the most beautiful beaches of the Spanish littoral, by kilometres of beaches of sands white and excellently communicated with the nearby localities as Seville, Cadiz, Sherry or El Puerto de Santa María, as well as to few kilometres of the airport of Sherry or Doñana's Estate, reserve of the Biosphere. Between other virtues the recognized hospitality of the locality is, as well as your tourist, gastronomic or playful attractions.
